Ready to Register? Baby Must Have's!
Babies. They need a lot of things. Like a lot. And as you'll find out, everyone has an opinion on what those things are. And you'll also find out just because so-and-so's baby loved it, doesn't mean yours will (they are fickle little creatures, for sure).
The best parenting advice I got came from the book Sippy Cups are not for Chardonnay (affiliate link) - it boiled down to listen to all the advice, tips, and tricks everyone has to give. Then, pick and choose what works for you. Strict routine? Perfect. Loosey-goosey, let the baby do what it wants, that's great, too. Breast milk only? Fantastic. Formula-fed? Way to go!
Now, if you need a real sippy cup for your Chardonnay, let me recommend my favorites...
My two loves when it comes to Mommy-sippy cups are the Corksicle (thanks, Mooch for gifting me the best accessory ever!) and the Goverre. The Goverre is currently out of stock, but if you can get your hands on one, I recommend these for more rough and tumble type deals (not necessaryily temperature control like a Corksicle will help with).

But, back to why you're probably really here...what are my Registry Must Have's based on my experience as a twin mom...
I want to preface this with BORROW as much as you can - try it before you buy it, like I said earlier, every baby is different. But, there were a few things we couldn't live without with our twins, some of which we had two of!
Angel Dear Lovey - you know how I said we had two of some things? We have (yes, we still have them 7 years later) FOUR of these. We were gifted a lovey for each baby. Honestly, I tried to return them, I thought they were silly and I needed so many other things. But, while our twins were in the NICU, I was able to sleep with the lovies and then put them in the incubator with them so they could smell Mom (cue tears). They have continued to sleep with them at various points throughout their lives.

WubbaNubs - These pacifiers are not only cute (and can make weaning your child easier, cut off the tip and they still have a friend!), but they also stay put when baby spits them out, making it easier for baby to find it again.
